Beware of Atlas Vacation Homes!  We had put a deposit on a rental home in Kissimmee and received confirmation.  3 weeks out from vacation and they would not return my requests for a call or email.  After threatening them that I was going to reach out to my colleges at the AG’s office, they responded and told me the house is sold and no longer available.   However, you can go out on their website and still rent it…. Very unreliable and poor response. We rented accommodation thro them for 3 months at reunion. Day one we reported issues with dryer . They sent technician once and he said the unit is old and can’t much. We managed somehow for 6 weeks but now the dryer is completely out of order. After constant txt and finally getting the condo owner’s attention, they sent the same technician on Monday (2/1) This time he said belt needs to be replaced and will have to order it. If I could give this company a 0 I would. The townhouse we rented was filthy, the blinds in the living room are missing slats, The oven was so dirty we couldn’t use it, the ceiling and by the front door was full of wet look like bugs, and the door was very dirty. I rented this for my family I told them four adults and a lab, after I left and I had already complained about the unit then they decided they had never charged me for the dog. I would never recommend this company, nor will I ever use them again.
