I bought an ECM almost one month and I have no tracking no shipping no ECM no refund and no answer from them, I have to open a case at the BBB to make it right ,not recommend to deal with them
Staff I dealt with is rude with the exception of the cashier. They have you sign your receipt after you've already paid for items and don't tell you there are no refunds. I drove and hour to get a part from them and after it was determined that the part wasn't the problem I returned 2 days later to get my money back, which the representative (Mike I think) would only give me store credit.
