We just closed escrow on a purchase where Becky Bishop and Amanda Hernandez handled the escrow, and I couldn't be happier! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a title company. I used this company for a refinance over two months ago, and they dropped the ball multiple times—paying taxes to the wrong account and recording incorrect APN and parcel information in the closing documents. Mistakes can happen. However, after I clearly pointed out the recording errors, they repeated the same mistakes in the revised closing documents. They did my refinance escrow. They underpaid the property taxes. Now I have a penalty because these folks could not read the info on the Internet. Avoid if you can. Happy to remove if they cover the penalty.
Awesome, beyond patient, understanding, thorough, honest, knowledgeable... There for me from beginning and through the end.
