They did my refinance escrow. They underpaid the property taxes. Now I have a penalty because these folks could not read the info on the Internet. Avoid if you can. Happy to remove if they cover the penalty.

Gave them my banking info and voided check to send my closing funds via wire. They sent me a paper check. Thanks, Atlas. Now I have to wait 7 days for the funds to clear, and I accrue interest during that time.
The worst title company in the market. Their delay in closing on time cost me thousands in unnecessary interest expense.
