Gave them my banking info and voided check to send my closing funds via wire. They sent me a paper check. Thanks, Atlas. Now I have to wait 7 days for the funds to clear, and I accrue interest during that time.
The worst title company in the market. Their delay in closing on time cost me thousands in unnecessary interest expense.
They are the worst title company I’ve ever worked with. They make so many mistakes and take forever to correct them!!!!
As a loan servicer we value component title companies. After a week of emails, text and phone calls (I mean stage 5 clinger type) for documentation, I had to point out that they already had (via email sent 10 days ago) the documentation that was needed. Approved by another member in the transaction. Do not use.
These guys are absolutely awesome. One of the best title/escrow company I've ever worked with in 10+ years in real estate financing.
