Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a title company. I used this company for a refinance over two months ago, and they dropped the ball multiple times—paying taxes to the wrong account and recording incorrect APN and parcel information in the closing documents. Mistakes can happen. However, after I clearly pointed out the recording errors, they repeated the same mistakes in the revised closing documents. They did my refinance escrow. They underpaid the property taxes. Now I have a penalty because these folks could not read the info on the Internet. Avoid if you can. Happy to remove if they cover the penalty.

Not sure what some of these reviews are about... I've worked with Atlas on 15-20 files and they've been excellent and their pricing can't be beat! Andrew and the team always take great care of me and my clients
Gave them my banking info and voided check to send my closing funds via wire. They sent me a paper check. Thanks, Atlas. Now I have to wait 7 days for the funds to clear, and I accrue interest during that time.
