When we bought our Master spa three years ago we were given the name and number of Atlas Spas in Tyler Texas to get supplies and ask questions. My first contact there was Mark Long and he has now been helping me for three years. He is knowledgeable and patient and has always made me feel as if my call was important to him. Don’t know what I would do without him. He is the model of how you wish every customer service person should be.
I purchased a hot tub from Atlas Spas at an expo in Frisco. I paid cash on delivery last Saturday and found I have a defective jet. They assured me I could use the spa without turning on the broken jet. Later, the casing popped off, causing damage on my porch from the water pressure. Apparently, the part has to be ordered and there was no hurry to repair once they receive the part. It will be approximately two weeks before it can be repaired. thoroughly enjoying my swim spa. set up went smooth with exception of cover issues, yet was taken care of within a few days. Had to order filter covers due to not being with the spa at time of delivery. Had to call to check on order and arrived after a couple of weeks. Tyler store is helpful with chemicals.
The spa itself has been good, but the customer service of getting a panel replaced that was defective upon install has been a nightmare...2 months and still counting excuse after excuse
I recently purchased the 12X Trainer Swim Spa. I absolutely love it. Everyone that I dealt with at Atlas Spas and Swim Spas was so helpful. From their delivery team to their service team, they have all been extremely knowledgable and polite. I would highly recommend this company and this product to anyone researching a swim spa purchase!
