The worst customer service ever! Disrespectful rude and have no business sense. The owners are horrible I feel sorry for their employees. FPL offers a great plan and are wonderful to work with they offer better service and are courteous and appreciate their customers. They deserve a negative rating! -10 the absolute worst company

BIGGEST SCAM SINCE BERNIE MADOFF!!! Go to BOTH Palm Beach and Broward county PUBLIC COURT RECORDS. See how many times they have been sued. This company is a scam they are intermingling business names. They delayed our refunds by months ignored cancellation letters ignored phone cales to reduce our prorated refund then sent only one check from a different company and stopped payment on it.
