California High reach is the worst run company. If you need equipment to work, don't rent from them. The equipment is old is dirt. You get what you pay for. My last experience they charged me for a lift they never delivered and threaten to send me to collections if I didn't pay. The time before they delivered down the street to a wrong address and I had to go find it. Outside sales guys are cool but there hands are tied. Don't be fooled they have no support and terrible equipment.

Great Business!! – LOL! Who writes a comment because they didnt get the job! Grow up! I've been renting there for years and have never had a problem. Great service!

California High Reach Modesto, Ca – I called on 05/04/2011 for some basic info as well as questions on there website employment info. The representative who answered the phone was very short & rude. I have worked in the rental industry for 12 years now and let me tell you with as much competition as there is out there right now if thats the way there treating customers & possibly future employees no wonder there yard is always full of equipment a sign of no rental movement which equals less revenue. Terrible Company – Don't make my mistake...use someone else. I rented generators from them over a 5 week period. All of tem had problems. The last week one came that didn't even work and I had $800 in expenses and basically lost that much because their equipment didn't operate. Manager Jimmy Saulada refused to reimburse expenses, not a pleasant guy at all to deal with. Be smarter than me use Quinn Cat or Hertz, people who have working equipment and have a bit of cusomer service experience.

Wonderful Experiance!!!!!! – My company has used this rental company several times in the last few months and we have found them to be Highly acommadating and very courtious. We have had a few small problems that were quickly taken care of. Everyone from the sales staff to the Drivers were always A#1.

this company has poor service and communication with their sales staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PROJECT YOU MAY HAVE!

Great service, excellent air conditioning!! – My husband and I worked with Buddy Philips, who organized the air conditioning for our wedding at Architectural Artifacts, and he did a fantastic job! I called him, we did one quick walk-through and he made it happen! The AC was set up before anything else at the venue and everything was taken care of with absolutely no problems.
