RecommendedBear is almost 14 and has been going to Atlas for almost 2 yrs... He just had his senior blood panel and he has the blood of a 3yr old pup. Between his good blood and Karen’s weekly massages and “spa” tratment, he is still moving and one very happy dog.
Karen Atlas is an amazing Physical Therapist who is extremely talented and I have learned so much from her that I apply in my own Animal Rehab Practice! I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

Karen and her team are the best! They truly care about the dogs and really have extensive knowledge to put in place the most strategic plan to make you pet successful.
Karen has helped me with countless dogs now as I run a rescue who takes in disabled dogs. The help she has given me is invaluable. I can’t thank her enough for her time and knowledge.
Fantastic state of the art facility and wonderful, professional staff. My dog Nike is recovering beautifully following a TPLO surgery. Highly recommend ARC!
Atlas rehab took incredible care of our K9 SAR teammates after our days spent searching Montecito. Dr. Otto provided meticulous medical exams. Dr. Atlas provided caring, relaxing bodywork. By the end our teams were transported from muddy memories to calm contentment. Thank you to everyone at Atlas Rehab for giving our partners much needed expert TLC.
Karen and her staff are just wonderful at what they do My Saint Bernard absolutely LOvES going there!! She’s made such great progress because of the staff here !
