Living with Atlas Real Estate as my rental company was the most painstaking year I've ever had. The place was disgusting, I spent 2 full days deep cleaning it. A few days after move in, the roof started leaking. It took MONTHS to repair it, despite my many calls and maintenance requests. They didn't repair it until the day before my lease would have voided. If you want the one-liner version, here you go: Atlas Real Estate should be driven from their industry like a rat from a medieval village.
