Terrible communication! Looked at rental, and paid to be approved. They did contact me after that in which I told them I would contact them shortly to put a deposit down. Sent several emails and left voicemails for someone to get back with me so we can rent the property. No one has got back to me. Out $40 for the application fee and now no one getting back to me to be able to rental.
The worst property management I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Hazardous conditions, no communication, increase of rent without notice, poor maintenance work, rude people I could go on.
NOT TRUSTWORTHY. This company will list properties just to keep your application fee- as they charge for every property you apply to and will not transfer these fees to new properties even when they tell you to apply for a listing they have already rented. They will demand you pay your deposit upon lease signing, even though they don't inform you of that pre signing, the lease does not state that, and when the lease doesn't start for over a month. Hi ***, like most property managers, we do require security deposits at lease signing. We also require an application fee. That fee simply covers the background check that is conducted with each application. After applicants are approved, we are happy to move that approved application to a different property to avoid charging anyone unnecessary fees. I worked with *********************** from Atlas real estate for buying my first home. ***** was very helpful in finding my new house, we toured close to 30 homes. ***** was also very helpful in making us understand the various contracts that we sign during the process. Also while closing the other employees from Atlas worked well with the closing company and lender to ensure the process was very smooth. I went from touring my first home to closing in under 45 days. So I would recommend Atlas for first time buyers

I have lived at my property for about a year and a half now I'm a single mom of 3 kids one is grown up and out the house. I still have my 2 kids a 18yr old and a 15 yr old disabled son that I take care of. When I first moved to the property Atlas did not manage it and things weren't to bad around here, but shortly after I moved in Atlas took over. Things at first seemed fine. Doesn't maintain property .....HAZARDS, nails screws left in parking area . hazardous construction sight for more than 6 months .
Owner is a bully, mean, yells at women, no respect, allowed a tenant, who died in December of 2019 and then the horror stopped!!! to terrorize me for a little over a year, forcing me to constantly call the cops because he didn't want to hear what was going on a month into moving in.. and then harassed me for it thru text and didn't want to renew my lease... he has violated many HUD laws, and we won't go into how the owner kept rent checks that he was getting since Jan 2021... The worst property management I have ever encountered! it was just taken over but the terrible management before and was hopeful Trish would be better. However I accidentally locked my keys in my apartment the other day and contacted her. She said she had no records of spare keys. I said well, how would you access my unit if there was an pipe break or something? She literally ignored me with no follow up. I luckily found a ladder and was able to climb through my window.
