The worst Customer Service ever. I've used Atlas twice previously and gave them 5 stars. As a returning customer, I called them to pump and certify my Septic System for upcoming sale. After leaving three messages on the 'Automated Attendant' NO ONE called back. I then went in and said I wanted to talk to someone about a bill. I didn't, but that sure got me to a human!
