Getting ready for HYROX season, recovery is critical. Had a great experience at Atlas Performance & Recovery. Dr. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and has all the right equipment. This is not your typical chiropractor it’s true performance and recovery-focused care. Highly recommend for anyone training hard and looking to stay healthy.
This is the best place I've ever been and I've had numerous chiropractors over the years! Dr. Ryan is extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional and has a great sense of humor. My first visit was amazing with a grounding mat, dry needling, scraping, cupping, light massage, adjustment and stretching techniques to do at home. His facility is impressive, clean and welcoming. I am excited he is apart of my wellness journey!
I was recently in need of some neck and chiropractic care, specifically my trapezoid and shoulder. I found Atlas on Google and Ryan was able to get me in within 48 hours. Dr. Ryan is one of a kind. He is so very knowledgeable. He’s kind, and honest. Very friendly. He is a one stop shop for just about anything. There really isn’t much he doesn’t do, and we are no members. A million stars.
Hands down best in the business. I had extreme neck & back pain and Ryan had me feeling brand new after one session. Highly highly recommended. Also extremely accommodating!
