My wife and I just relocated from Western NY to Kernersville, NC. We were referred to Atlas Orange through our realtor to represent us for the house we purchased. I found them to be very thorough, and provided all the necessary information throughout the process. The communication was smooth with quick responses to our questions. I would definitely recommend their services!
Well, I am very disappointed!!! I did a closing on Friday at 10am. Opt to have the proceeds wired to my account. I was told it would be an hour and I would receive a call once it was recorded. 2 hours went by. I call the receptionist was very forward, and quick with me. She seemed hurried and unconcerned about my call. She said we will send the wire and hurried off the phone. Another hour went by, I called back, the same young lady answered the phone. Mia was super personable and made our experience as easy as possible. Buying a home can be stressful, and the team at Atlas were available to us every step of the way.....answering our questions and explaining the procedures to where we felt comfortable. Highly recommend!
5-stars well earned and deserved! I came to AO with 4 closings on short-notice and they assisted with wonderful efficiency - 3 week turnaround, all closings on the same day and all in one sitting. While I personally appreciate the structure of the organization and the resulting high-quality AND rapid turnaround, that did not come at the cost of the more personal "human touch" to the transaction.
