My experience with Atlas Optometry was extremely disappointing. When I first called to inquire about appointments, the receptionist/scheduler repeatedly insisted on booking me for a same-day appointment, even though I clearly expressed uncertainty due to work and travel. I ultimately agreed, but when I realized I wouldn’t make it on time, I called to notify them. Instead of being understanding, the same receptionist repeatedly pressed me for an exact ETA. I had a really great experience with Atlas Optometry. They were very responsive and accommodating to fit me in their schedule. Dr Tran is kind, meticulous and took his time explaining everything to me.
