It's a shame when your husband bends over backwards for this company as the lead mechanic does everything in his power to help make the company better. But when you have pore management that does not know where equipment is or basically doesn't know anything on how to run a company gets upset because you point things out to help change for the better and you get fired for no reason just like that.
