My wife has MS. This Requires neurology of course. Set an appointment, after her doctor retired, so she can set up a new neurologist. Shows up at the time they scheduled… they say “you’re late and we won’t see you now, because you have to be early for your appointment.” This was not mentioned in the scheduling phone call or any reminders. Also, MS can have side effects of memory loss, so even if it was mentioned there is a chance your patients might not remember. This shows a serious lack of compassion. Dr. Culcea doesn't give up! He diagnosed a rare condition that another neurologist missed. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve seen Dr Dover for several years and I absolutely love her! She has really helped manage my migraines. I’ve also seen Dr Culcea and he works quickly and efficiently, but he also slows down when asked. I would feel fine seeing Dr C again. I don’t see him as rude. He has always been polite and answers questions.

Very poor communications between patient and billing...seems to fall back on the receptionist,who knows nothing about ! Rude and unprofessional
