I love Dr. Culcea. He is so great and helpful. It is so unfortunate that his nurse is not great. I leave messages and never get a call back. When I do get a call back it’s almost two weeks later. I understand she might be busy but it doesn’t make sense. How am I supposed to get help or any answers when I can’t get ahold of the nurse. The best luck at getting someone to answer the phone is through the front desk. They tend to call back within the day and are able to help me. Friendly staff. Dr Culcea always explains what he’s about to do and he makes jokes to make me feel more at ease. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. If you’re looking for a neurologist I highly recommend him. The billing department I’ve had a few issues though. But it has nothing to do with the office as the billing is done elsewhere.
It took me 2 years to find Atlas Neurology through a series of referrals. The clinic is impressive. The front desk is so welcoming. The nursing staff is impressive. Scheduling is easy. When I leave a message for nursing I hear back the same day.
Better off driving to a different state for your Neurologist needs than going here. Place clearly does not care about their patients, only getting paid.
Dr Dover has been amazaing. I can't say anything negative about her or the staff
