This place cares only about billable hours and services. My dad is in an assisted living home, the nurse Cassandra Melon, never shows up, refers everyone to her assistant who works from home, and has kids and dogs barking in the background and never relays the message from patient to doctor leaving large time gaps where nothing gets done. We hired Atlas to care for our aging aunt who lives in a senior living facility. The care provided and communication received has been exceptional. They go to her facility to perform regular assessments and for any medical needs and/or followup. Would highly recommend based on our experience with them.
They refuse to allow family in the room during medical visits with patients with dementia. I'm an easygoing person (I've never lost my temper or been rude with them) and my sister has few issues but she was released from care when I asked to be involved in her care by being in the room with her during doctor visits. The PA Nicole included us but when the PA Russ took over, he refused family involvement.
We hired atlas to care for our parents in assisted care. They were very kind and attentive for the first 2 weeks. Following that, they would never respond to our calls. for medical issues
