I hate leaving bad reviews, but no one is getting back to me so, this is my only option. I have ordered from Atlas many times and had a positive experience. This last time, the customer service rep. went MIA. I understand that we all get busy, but replies to calls and emails were never returned. I had placed the order, but payment wasn't processed (thankfully) and I thought she might have been ill or left the company, so I reached out to the parent company. I am waiting 8 weeks for an order placed beginning of April 2022, it's now middle of June 2022. Customer service does not return calls and there seems no urgency to provide good or even exceptional service. I appreciate that there may be staffing issues right now, but this is ridiculous!! Not impressed.

It's not often you find exceptional service these days, that's what made working with Regina Clark such a pleasurable experience. She was outstanding! Being my first order and not having a clue about how to go about it she walked me through the process and help me make an informed purchase. I will be doing more business with this company.

Working with Regina Clark at Atlas Match is a pleasure. She is responsive, detail orientated, calm under pressure and most importantly as honest and fair as is possible about communicating details about our orders. Our company has worked with Regina for the past 10 years and after everything that we went through with their transition in 2019, she along with the rest of the team in Texas is the ONLY reason we held out hope and were willing to continue to send business to the new organization

I have ordered many times with this company. My most recent order was my last. After ordering in January, I FINALLY received my order in May. The manager Gina conveniently didnt get my phone messages or email that I sent her. After requesting a discount for my client because of the 4 month wait, it should come as no surprise that I have not received a response. Moving facilities is no excuse for their beyond poor communication "skills"
