I honestly don't understand how this woman has gotten such good ratings. Although I do understand mistakes happen, I also am a believer that if you make a mistake you make it right. I drove half an hour to get to her because she had good ratings. I missed morning time with my daughter. And I value my days off because I work very hard. Heidi is very knowledgeable about the workings of the body. She not only gave me a rejuvenating massage, but also reminded me of the importance of relaxing, breathing deeply, and letting go of stress and tension. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning.
