Benny Precioso in customer service for Atlas International went above and beyond helping me solve a problem with a damaged backsplash on a vanity i purchased. With minimal back and forth and a pleasant demeanor, Benny was kind, courteous and egar to help and help he did. I was informed that a new backsplash was on its way to me. Atlas International should be proud to have an employee who takes his job seriously and provides great customer service. Great job Benny!!! Thank you -
I love my new vanity! I was hesitant to order from Ariel rather than a home improvement store, but the delivery was quick and the representatives were so informative and helpful. The quality is great. One of my sinks was cracked, but customer service was easy to contact and were very quick to get another sink ordered and shipped.
The driver, Nick, was a big help! He landed my new vanity exactly where I wanted it , in the center of my garage, and he waited a minute so that I could inspect the quartz countertop. Everything was in one piece! It looks even better in person. When I remodel my other bathroom I will definitely be purchasing this same brand and hopefully Nick will deliver it!
Vanity fits perfectly, the thickness and quality of countertop is excellent. Very solid. Drawers soft close mechanisms work great. Added a side splash that made install look even better.
I was so impressed the level of professionalism your whole customer service team exhibited during my purchasing process. They always were polite helping me with ever I needed. I would like to give a gold star to Hannah Oczon who kept me updated with all my concerns.
