Customer Service is very good in a world where that is not the norm. We remodeled our master bathroom and bought a ton of items from Ariel. One of our vanities which was back ordered ended up showing up with the other vanity. We thought that was awesome, except it was severely damaged. Contacted Ariel support and they immediately ordered us a new one and did not require us to ship the damaged one back, (generally good, but then we had to find a way to dispose of it). We just purchased an Arial bathroom vanity for our renovation but wanted brushed nickel hardware vs the standard options that come with it. It took only one email to get a response from the company and have the hardware shipped out! Honestly this is the BEST customer service I have gotten in years. I highly recommend Ariel products kudos to the company for prioritizing and delivering exceptional customer service!

Excellent customer service and speed of shipping.
Upon opening the boxes of our Ariel 30”vanity we found a chip on the bottom drawer and leg area of the cabinet. I immediately notified Ariel and was greeted by Mae Uyanguren, a customer service representative. She researched the situation by the photos I sent and within 3 days I was sent a repair kit complete with wood filler, a piece of fine sandpaper and paint to match the white vanity.
