I was very pleased with how I was treated and the completion of the job. The constant communication was a big plus for me.
Hired for insulation (R-38). I thought the price was great but... They promise it will pass inspection but then...they delivered 11-14" depth but forgot the baffles and hatch insulation. After they returned to install baffles and hatch insulation, the installed insulation collapsed to 5–6" within weeks. They initially said it would last for a few years before it needed a top up, but when I showed photos of the 5-6", they said its normal. The data sheet of the insulation says it should not collapse.
