Cody and Amanda were very generous with their time and expertise when I was agonizing over what to do with my vacant rent house. They really wanted to buy it, but they patiently walked me through various renovation/selling/renting scenarios. Utimately, they concluded that I shouldn't sell them the house that they had worked so hard to buy from me.
