Cody and Amanda were very generous with their time and expertise when I was agonizing over what to do with my vacant rent house. They really wanted to buy it, but they patiently walked me through various renovation/selling/renting scenarios. Utimately, they concluded that I shouldn't sell them the house that they had worked so hard to buy from me. They said my best option would be to renovate and rent it, and they gave me all kinds of great advice how to best to go about it. Thank you, Atlas Homes!
