Ed did an outstanding job with the home inspection on our new build. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to check every corner of the property, and he clearly explained things along the way instead of just handing us a report to decode on our own. As first-time homeowners with a lot of questions, we really appreciated how patiently he walked us through concepts we didn't understand and answered everything we asked without making us feel rushed. His attention to detail gave us real confidence in our new home's constru... read more

Ed recently completed a pre-drywall inspection on our new home build in Chantilly. I can't say enough about him — he was prompt, thorough, and professional. He took his time during the inspection, noting many issues and corrective actions on major systems, as well as very minor details others might have missed. Would strongly recommend Ed at ATLAS Home Inspection! As a future condo owner, I really appreciated how thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable Ed was. He took the time to explain his findings, showed me how to use and maintain the appliances, and helped me understand the condo's structure and systems. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel confident moving forward. Ed truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy home inspector.

We used Atlas's services several times during our new build and have been pleased with Ed's professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. He took time to answer our questions and walked us through options for any concerns we had as first time home builders/owners to help us be prepared for our inspections. In addition to providing us with an informational background on our house, our builder also found Ed's reports to be helpful.

Ed was really good. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a very comprehensive assessment of the exterior of our home, as requested. We did not feel rushed and he made sure he answered all of our questions, which I really appreciated. We are very glad to have found him and will use him again at some point to do an interior assessment as well.
