I can't say enough good things about Ed and Atlas. He did an outstanding job with both the pre-drywall and final inspections on our new construction. He's extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and the report ensured we got all of the critical fixes done and then some. Ed's work impressed even the builder.

I contacted Atlas for home inspection for an upcoming condo purchase in Colonial Village in Arlington. Ed is really good at what he does. The rates are reasonable too. On the day of the inspection, Ed looked through every item in my condo carefully, and explained patiently what was good and what was not so good about the way the hardware/plumbing etc. was set up. Ed was excellent. The turnaround time for when I called Atlas to when the inspection occurred was less than a week. The actual walkthrough was very thorough and honest and received the written inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection! Highly recommend.
