Ed recently completed a pre-drywall inspection on our new home build in Chantilly. I can't say enough about him — he was prompt, thorough, and professional. He took his time during the inspection, noting many issues and corrective actions on major systems, as well as very minor details others might have missed. Would strongly recommend Ed at ATLAS Home Inspection! As a future condo owner, I really appreciated how thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable Ed was. He took the time to explain his findings, showed me how to use and maintain the appliances, and helped me understand the condo's structure and systems. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel confident moving forward. Ed did an incredibly thorough and detailed inspection of our new construction home. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. During the inspection, he explained everything he was doing, taught me about the house, and found numerous functional and cosmetic issues. He also explained to me numerous things in the house which he thought didn't meet the best build standard or manufacturer's strict specifications. We used Atlas's services several times during our new build and have been pleased with Ed's professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. He took time to answer our questions and walked us through options for any concerns we had as first time home builders/owners to help us be prepared for our inspections. In addition to providing us with an informational background on our house, our builder also found Ed's reports to be helpful.

Ed helped us with the inspection for our recent home purchase, and we cannot recommend him enough.
