Ed helped us with the inspection for our recent home purchase, and we cannot recommend him enough. Highly recommend working with Ed at Atlas Home Inspection. He's observant, meticulous, insightful and has a HUGE amount of knowledge to share. We asked him to look over our roof so we could decide when to budget replacing it and to check out our HVAC system. Ed gave us some very specific and clear suggestions on extending the roof life - with very helpful pictures - and helped us understand the trade-offs of moving quickly vs waiting longer on the HVAC system. We had a fantastic experience with Atlas Home Inspection. Ed was professional, helpful, and incredibly thorough both during the inspection and written report. The advice he provided on choosing contractors for more significant repairs and on how we could DIY minor repairs will pay for the inspection fee many times over. We consider Atlas Inspection to be the best money we spent in our home-buying process.

I can't say enough good things about Ed and Atlas. He did an outstanding job with both the pre-drywall and final inspections on our new construction. He's extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and the report ensured we got all of the critical fixes done and then some. Ed's work impressed even the builder.
