We did our pre-drywall inspection for a new construction home with Ed at Atlas Home Inspection. Everything went great and Ed's attention to detail is excellent. Ed did an incredibly thorough and detailed inspection of our new construction home. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. During the inspection, he explained everything he was doing, taught me about the house, and found numerous functional and cosmetic issues. He also explained to me numerous things in the house which he thought didn't meet the best build standard or manufacturer's strict specifications. We used Atlas's services several times during our new build and have been pleased with Ed's professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. He took time to answer our questions and walked us through options for any concerns we had as first time home builders/owners to help us be prepared for our inspections. In addition to providing us with an informational background on our house, our builder also found Ed's reports to be helpful.

Ed helped us with the inspection for our recent home purchase, and we cannot recommend him enough. We hired ATLAS for a home inspection to help us identify problem areas for repair and maintenance in our older home. Ed Snope came highly rated, and he surpassed my expectations. He was so thorough in his review, and patient in his explanations. I learned so much about our home that we've lived in for over a decade. The inspection was reasonably priced and the report was detailed and very timely. I only wish I had hired him sooner.
