My technician was absolutely great.
Pedro was extremely helpful and pleasant. He had only 14 light bulbs, so I had to tell him which ones I wanted replaced, And he was completely cooperative. He seemed eager to help. Upon hearing my classical music playing, he told me he liked classical music too, mentioning Albinoni, one of the lesser known composers. I especially appreciated that.
