Signed up with this company because they didn’t use dye. They decided to start using dye and I requested them to skip me if the treatment had dye in it. They decided to cancel my service with no notice and when I called back to see if they were ever coming back out, they said they would pass. I guess it must be nice having too many customers, so be careful when hiring them because they are probably too busy to do a good job or communicate with you.
This company is absolute garbage. They charge for services they don’t perform, and have now dreamed up a second set of bogus invoices they sent to collections after I already paid one of them and received confirmation all was paid in full. But a collection on my perfect credit means hundreds of thousands of dollars in interest down the road, so I just paid it to be rid of them. I think that’s their game. Technicians not that great. Missed part of my lawn when doing winter weed control. I went and purchased chemical to take care of the part I need treated that they didn’t spray. I have you used them six or seven years? I will look around next year
After receiving a door cam notification while I was out running errands, I look and see that it is an Atlas Lawn Tech leaving a door hanger after he was finished spraying my yard (post-spring treatment). They are the 3rd company I’ve used for weed control and after speaking to supervisors. I still don’t have them treating for sticker weeds and outside my fence line which I’ve been fined by my hoa now 400$ this is still considered by property!!!! Then he signed me up for pest control thinking that they’re coming out for weed control. I’m done if they want to rectify this.
