Normally don’t leave bad reviews but had a couple encounters with this shop over the past year and wanted to let buyers beware. Went in for a bathroom counter top, was told to find deals in their remnant program. Went out back to their remnants and found a piece we liked. Went inside, got a quote that included free haul away of an old 72” slab and went home to consider our comparators. Called this place back and ended up with a different rep (I think “Tammy”). Had a great experience this past memorial day weekend! Was traveling over the weekend and happened upon this gem. Staff was very friendly.
We had an outstanding experience with the Atlas team. They showed us multiple pieces of granite including less expensive offerings. Very informative and low pressure buying experience. The installation process is where the Atlas team really delivered. They measured and cut the granite perfectly. Arrived at our home late on a Friday afternoon and worked into the evening to complete the job. Extensive attention to detail, they made sure that everything was perfect before they left. Highly recommended.
I had an excellent experience with Atlas Granite. From start to finish, they were kind, helpful, and truly had my best interest in mind. They were upfront and honest about pricing, with no surprises. The installation was flawless, and they did an amazing job scribing my bowed walls—now you can’t even tell they were bowed! Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. I’m beyond happy with the results and highly recommend Atlas Granite for anyone looking for quality countertops and great service!
I would not recommend anyone do business with these people. We stopped in on a Saturday after a lengthy search for a stone and finally had found a piece we really liked, we then sat with the salesman and he did the quote right on the spot. They were closing soon, so he said he would email me the quote the next business day. Several days go by... nothing. I attempted to call a total of THREE times that following week with no response.
