Adam Conner did a great job getting State Farm to pay for a new roof and gutters. The work crews did a great job on replacing the roof and gutters. I also like the quality of the materials used.
I submitted a review on Atlas General Contractors about a month ago, but wanted to share more info. Their story just gets better and better. After my last review Atlas showed up with several guys from Pella. They measured each window to make sure the new ones would all be exact fits. We had a leak in our roof and Chip came out to take a look. He was able to determine we had damage from a recent storm and worked with us and insurance from start to finish through the process of getting siding and roofing covered. As first time homeowners, we had no idea what we were doing and Chip and the team were the best!!
Buyer Beware. I hired Atlas Contractors 2023 and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The outsourced workers were not at all careful or self-aware of their surroundings. They left significant damage to my deck — including tar droppings, deep gashes in the boards, and damage to the railings. When I raised these issues, Atlas dismissed my concerns, pointing to the contract language that said they were not responsible for damage. After another local contractor was unable to get any coverage from our insurance, Atlas looked at our house, contacted and worked with our insurance company. Result: New roof, gutters, siding and more. Their expertise in working with insurance companies, IMO, made a huge difference and the amount of things they got approved and their attention to detail has been outstanding. ......Kip Weller.
