I gave a one star, because Atlas raised up my house too high that it caused the bricks on the other side of the house to separate. There was leaking of water underneath the house soon after the repair. I was told I needed to pay $500, so they could send someone out to look into it. I ended up paying over $3,000 to repair the issue. A year later I called them back to check on my foundation and was told the lifetime warranty I had with them did not cover foundation work I needed on the inside. They always help me and my husband get my truck fixed diago is the best. And i want to thank phil for helping me and my husband out with everything hes done.
We had some concerns about our new home. The inspection was promptly scheduled and inspector arrived on time. He took the time to explain the minor issues and reassured there was nothing in need of repair! We will keep them in mind for future needs!
We have 54 piers and our house is literally falling in. I have pics of their so called upheaval. The only upheaval is at their piers. They refuse to fix anything. Have pics of cracks sticking doors and their piers caving in and sticking up from the rest of the concrete. They have done tests showing no water under the house. RecommendedHonestly there is nothing more frightening then finding out that your house is crumbling! When we found out that it was due to a poor foundation, we did some research and liked what Atlas offered. Not long after they showed up we felt the pressure being relieved. They were professional, caring, and they truly made us feel like we were important. Thanks for a job well done. If you want your foundation fixed right. Fix it with Atlas, and it will be fixed for good.
