Poor customer service, lack of knowledge on reporting settlements/legal matters, limitations with their tax preparation system on adjusting 1099k reporting for personal v business expenses (costing me thousands more in taxes than needed if filed through them), etc... after speaking with multiple attorneys, it was clear they did not know what they were doing and it was at my financial expense.
