Terrible customer service ordered a gate from them and it came in the wrong size they blamed it on the customer that the measurements that I told them were wrong I was basically told keep the gate and that I was in the wrong for it and they Can’t do nothing about it. 700 bucks down the drain I told Them too pull up the security camera recording from that day I ordered the gate and they said no 😂definitely don’t recommend going there.

I contacted this company about a fence for my building. After “inflation increases” of $3000 on a 12’ wide fence after only a few weeks from the previous quote, we decided to go with a company that didn’t increase their material prices at all during the same time period. When I, out of respect, reached out to let Steve know we would go with another vendor, he responded quite rudely telling me we are penny wise pound foolish despite knowing nothing about who we contracted to do the work.
