If I could give them zero stars I would. We spent over $20k between the two screw drive compressors we have. There’s been nothing but problems with them from the beginning. No sooner than one problem gets resolved, something else quits working. Thankfully we have two so at least we have a back up whenever one piece of junk stops working. I have a shop in Western NY that I got a dryer for, and it never worked. I got Atlas Copco to send a technician, and he agreed it should be replaced under warranty. I have been emailing and calling since for more than 3 months and they still won't schedule a time to replace it. Meanwhile, some of my employees and my own tools have been damaged with water. They seemed to have no problem showing up for a service call when it was customer pay, but can't seem to make any time to fix a warranty item. I'm very disappointed with th... read more
