If I could give a negative rating I would, a project that should have taken 45-60 days (which I was quoted) has taken over a year to date, countless failed inspections (3 failed insulation, 1 failed framing, 3 failed electrical, 2 failed plumbing, never completed occupancy), trying to cheap out on material and go below code causing more fails, taking shortcuts leading to more failed inspections and more delays, avoiding phone calls/texts and not working for weeks at a time, taking cash and disappearing for weeks, paying for ... read more
