Stay far far away from Atlas, especially if you want an ADU. What they will try to do is offer you a "cookie cutter" plan that they already have in stock and try to somehow fit in your lot. But they will still charge you custom prices for a cookie cutter premade plan. Yikes. That's why Nathan told me they don't really use architects - just draft persons. I am proud to say that Atlas Construction is my family members. This is the fourth generation carrying on our family business trade, helping people get into their dream home. I know that our grandfather is very proud of his grandsons and granddaughter for carrying on his legacy. Outstanding company…customer focused! Although my project was relatively small (new walkways and patio; repaired spalling foundation), Atlas Construction centered their energy on my project. Anyone looking to accomplish home improvements need only to seek out the amazing folks at Atlas Construction. The next time I renovate Atlas Construction will be my contractor of choice for ALL work; not just concrete. I was thoroughly impressed; you will be too…satisfaction guaranteed!!!
