Price was good! But he was 2 hours late and then needed to use our water and hose to clean the carpets! Asked if I wanted deodorizer after he was finished!!! You'd think after being late and using my water he'd put it on for free!!!The van had no stickers or signage to even know if it was a legit company vehicle! He had no tag or work clothes on! Just all around very unprofessional!
This is my 3rd year having my carpet clean. Very polite & professional Very reasonable prices. Way cheaper than Stanley Steamer and they do an excellent job. The gentleman who used to clean my carpet Dennis passed away 😢 To the family & Atlas, U all have my sincerest condolences and prayers.
