Bobby was excellent!!! I highly recommend Atlas flooring for any of your flooring needs. We got quotes from several different companies and Bobby was able to provide us with the best product for the best price. He even upgraded our carpet padding so that everything would feel much better. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different types of products and I felt like he gave us a lot of options compared to anyone else that we met with. We had our whole downstairs done and they were quick with install. However the floor is separating from underneath and when you walk in certain spots you can feel where the floor moves under your feet. I have called for them to fix it and they did come fix a spot or two but the spots are all over. Would never use them again. For $13,000 we are devastated.
We just had Atlas install new carpet in my mother's house in Owings. From picking out the carpet to measuring to install, they were fast and friendly. I picked out the carpet on Wednesday, Joe came to measure on Friday, and it was installed on Tuesday. The installers were not only fast - completing 3 rooms in about 2 hours - but they also moved heavy furniture for us, then put it back and left everything looking pristine. A great experience during a challenging time!
Atlas carpet did an amazing job helping us find the carpet we wanted. We found one at a big box company and Atlas was able to match it through their suppliers. It took about 10 days to get it ordered and installed. The finished result was great! Highly recommend these guys!
