The shipping was fairly quick I had no problems with the seller and the merchandise was received in good condition. It was a 23-year-old part and the seller did not mislead or do any false advertising the part I received was described in the eBay ad as pretty accurate. I would buy from this seller again and had no problems with the transaction.
Great company to do business with. There was an issue with my order in regards to the shipping. After discussing it with Atlas we found a quick resolution that benefitted me. Excellent customer service and a stand up company.
Purchased a part from them on ebay, they didn't even use the same photos of the item so I received one in considerably worse condition. They immediately offered to replace it which doesn't help if they can't even show me what I'm getting. Then they refunded me. They repeatedly asked me to leave them a google review, even offering a discount if I did, which is pretty disingenuous.
The part we ordered unfortunately arrived damaged by the carrier. Atlas responded within an hour and promptly refunded the item the same day. They were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Recently purchased a few items from their online store. Items were as described and delivered quickly. Good communication from Atlas. Good deal too! Thank you!
