My technician Jose was friendly and prompt and professional. He was fantastic. He was alone in that. My appointment was for 8pm and the office accidentally sent a different tech at 8am. He claimed my driveway was too steep of a hill with snow, but he actually tried pulling into my yard (the grass) and then got stuck and when he freed the car, he left and said he wouldn't return until I plowed or the snow melted.
