Stay far away... This place likes to rely on the fact that at some point you are going to have a heat breakdown and it may be in the middle of the night. then they will come out and offer to fix the problem but really hard sell you on a "warranty" they have that basically allows them to gauge you for services you dont need. We had a really hard time getting rid of them and I feel sorry for the elderly that get sucked in by their tactics.

DANGER! BEWARE! HORRIBILE RIP OFF... My wife had AtlasButler come out because our AC unit was not working... they charged her $369 for a "dual capacitor" and $369 for a "contactor" and a $89 diagnostic fee for a total of $827!! After seeing this bill I called to multiple other HVAC companies and was quoted $200 by Big Walnut Heating and Cooling and Sears Home Services. Both places told me that each of the parts that were replaced are less than $20 parts!! I called Atlas Butler and tried to negotiate my price down to see if t... read more

not reliable they came in with the intention of getting you sucked into their schemes. they tried to push an exstra filter change and said our office needed more updated fixtures otherwise we would be causing a fire hazard. basically they wont leave you alone untill you teither just get services done from them or just tell them flat out to leave you alone

Excellent I have been doing business with Atlas for about ten years. I have always had a good experience with them. Their technicians are always curtious and efficient. I've never had an experience where they tried to pressure me into purchasing or doing something that was beyond the needed repair. I am very happy with them and their employees.

Price gouging and refusal to service This is the first time I write a review about a business service I used. This doesn’t mean that I am always pleased with the services I have requested but my experience with Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling is by far the worst I’ve had. I bought a club membership with Atlas Butler so they can come fix any issues promptly when needed and to get a discount on the labor and material. One of their technicians came on February to fix a minor problem with the heater, which he did, then recomm... read more

First Time was a CHARM I had Atlas Butler out to our home for the first time yesterday. They were actually 10 minutes ahead of schedule and were very professional and courteous. The tech spent extra time with me showing what was wrong with my system. It ended up being a minor part and my system was back up and running. They did not try and sell me something I did not need. I was very impressed and will use them again. They are welcome in my home anytime. Thank You Atlas Butler.

Don't do it Had them out to fix my air conditioner. the wife has breathing problems and must have air conditioning, The guy took off the cover and said he could see two bad parts (without testing). He said each part was $344,00 for a total of $788.00 but if I bought their service contract I could save $20.00. I paid the $768.45. Said he also gave me the senior citizen discount. I requested the old parts so I could price these parts on the internet. Turns out one part was $12.95 and the other was $38.95 for a total of $51.90.... read more

Rip-off / Stay away Complete rip-off. Overcharged for replacement parts that I now think were not needed; $800 for a $200 job. Just exposed on ABC 6 as a rip-off. Stay Away!!! - not worth the risk of getting scammed - many quality companies out there. I've used Favret and have been very happy with their service.

Atlas Butler Heating and Cooling is a reputable company to do business with We have had Atlas Butler out to our home several times over the years for our spring and fall checkups. The service tech is always very professional, and actually invited us to look inside our furnace with the camera he uses to check for cracks. He answered any questions we had and told us about the service club warranty. He never gave us any high-pressure sales pitch. If there was a problem with anything, he told us our options and let US make the d... read more
