Stay Away!!! Phil Vari knew my exact situation. 10% cash surety bond of 10k. I only needed $1,000 to bond my brother and I had the whole amount. I didnt need him for any reason but he never explained that. He proceeded to sign papers and I did when I posted the bond. A week ago he said if I had a receipt I was entitled to up to idk 90% of the bond. Today he gives me the sleazy attitude (knowing I didn't have a receipt and that the bond was put under him) and stated i dont get any thing back! THEY DID NOT PUT UP 1 PENNY!! NOT... read more
