0/5 Negative experience. Scheduled appointment over a month in advance. Called to get information regarding appointment weeks prior. The office did not have me scheduled. Explained importance of that appointment, took off specifically to go there. Was told I would be called back about the appointment. Over a week later, no return call. I attempted to call multiple times to hear back, no answer. Over a week later, I got a voicemail confirming the appointment. I walked into the office and scheduled an appointment for the following week. When I arrived, I was told, by another therapist practice in the same office, that they were out for the entire week. I was dropped off for this appointment, I then had to scramble to try and get ahold of my ride. One last thing, the paperwork that they gave me to fill out was illegible in many places, pages had been copied and were crooked on the page, etc. I should have canceled the appointment when I saw how sloppy their paperwork was, my bad.

Poor treatment, and unreasonable insecurity for a mental health professional. Even asking a single question about their questionnaire will trigger the NP to become rude and dismissive, making statements like, "I didn't realize this was my psychiatric evaluation". I hope this comment was constructive. Thank you for reading.
