Dr. Flores is amazing! I have always had a hard time wearing ear-buds because they don't stay in my ears due to a small ear canal. Therefore, running and listening to music has always been impossible because ear-buds would never stay in. Dr. Flores recommended that I let her make me some custom ear buds. Wow!!! What a difference! Not only do these fit like a glove, but the quality of the music is fantastic. My husband wants to get a pair now too! Thank you Dr. Flores!
Dr Flores is such an amazing and compassionate doctor. She took care of my son earlier this year. She was very thorough with his exam but also made him feel comfortable the entire time. She answered every question I had and wasn't in a rush about it. She's the best and I will be recommending her to all my family and friends for their audiology needs.
I had the opportunity to visit Dr Flores last year for a hearing exam, and was subsequently fitted for hearing aids. She took great care in conducting the exam in order to understand my exact hearing deficiency so I could be fitted with the proper hearing aids. Once fitted with the proper hearing aids a few subsequent visits were required to fine tune them. My last visit with Dr Flores was as enjoyable and pleasant as the first visit. When we took my 83 year old father in to see Gina, she was wonderful. She took the time to thoroughly explain his hearing loss and hearing aids. Gina is exceptional in her field.
Dr. Flores is an exceptional audiologist; and a kind and caring person. We took our daughter to her for custom swimming earplugs. She loved getting to pick out the colors, and has enjoyed being able to swim without any ear pain afterwards!
