Terrific place to excercise. Plenty of machines and free weights. Best gym I've been a member of.
Atlas is a great gym, they cater to all types of fitness levels and are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Most mess up gym, You can join. I had to stop payment on them after telling them. I don't like them. I have not been there in 8 months and they are syill trying to debt me. They are mad Planet Fitness just open and is kicking their butt. They are trying to force you to stay even though they know they are sub par. I will post everyday to let people know because they are so terrible.
Barry and Patty are always willing to help or you give you pointers to accomplish your goals. Whether in weight lifting or just weight loss.
Real mans gym...not a douche bag gym
