My parents went in to check for an apartment, they stood there for 15 minutes while the receptionist attended another family, he told my family he’d be with them once he was done. Once he finished attending them he left my parents unattended, went and sat in his office and left them hanging for quite a long time with no communication. I had a popped into this apartment complex just to see it and the management company running this place was very welcoming and helpful. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but they went out of their way to make me feel like a human. The team running this is doing a good job. I plan to return and hopefully seal the deal if everything works out on my end.
