The company installed a new Goodman AC for my house 3 years ago. Over the three years, it already has had two major repairs, one is Condenser Defrost Board and the other one is leaking evapor coil, and costed me over $2000. I am very disappointed at the quality of the product and installation.

Had a new 4 ton Carrier heat pump installed in May. Excellent and prompt service. Recently the fan motor outside was pulling too many amps and was replaced under factory warranty. Again excellent and prompt service. Matthew performed a follow up inspection of the new unit in preparation of winter. He showed up on time. Communication between their office and me was excellent.
