Called Atlas to send someone to look at my hvac system. My system wasn't working. Didnt know if it could be repaired or did I need a replacement. Jim arrived and checked everything. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong. Answered most of my questions. Explained that if repaired would cost so much, but also explained that my unit was 15 years old and what my options were. Joe was professional, on-time, courteous and thorough in his evaluation of my AC system. He took the time to explain my options and answer questions in an honest and frank manner to help inform my decision-making process. With so many AC companies and contractors, I’m glad I did my research and contacted Atlas.
After several repairs and outrageous estimates, I called Atlas A/C Repair. My expectations were not very high but Pete had Joe out the same day for my free estimate. He looked over and measured EVERYTHING. We went over all the concerns. I can honestly say that I’ve never seen a more thorough assessment than the one Joe completed. I needed an A/C repair over the weekend and Atlas did not disappoint. Abby was very helpful with getting me scheduled and letting me know when the technician would arrive. Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and explain my options. He got my unit up and running very quickly, which I really appreciated with temps in the 90s. I love the transparent pricing, which I haven't seen from other companies. This will be my HVAC company going forward.
