They let me know they were on their way. They were very professional and went and changed out the unit and the coil. They installed the new unit and showed us, my son and I, the new unit and how to run the heater on the thermostat. They were great. Thanks
Update 11/26/2025 Well they got me for more money. Didn't accept any responsibility and I ended up paying $1700. I heard that im not only one that has experienced this and they are making a killing off their shitty units. I'd stay away from Atlas and Carrier, together they rob people and blame each other but customers are the ones out all this money. I had a good experience with this company. The techs were professional. They did a great job with the installation. It looks really nice. Timothy assisted in getting us connected to the wifi thermostat. He explained how the ac system functions and showed us how to change the filter. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for the great service!
Reached out to have some service work done on our AC unit. Unexpectedly our fan went out and I called Tommy who was very helpful in identifying we had a warranty. He placed us on a schedule on expedite a service request to our house. Jose arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. We spoke on other issues our house has experienced and he offered his expertise and knowledge to remediate them. Looking forward to having him come back to the house to follow up on some of his suggestions.
Atlas AC representative Louis was extremely helpful and professional in helping me confirm my choices on the new Carrier system. Totally satisfied. Jose and Mark (also including Louis above) arrived on time and were very professional, friendly, and thorough in their work.
