I have used Atlas AC for 4 years. This was the first time I was not impressed. I was told by the first representative a person would be onsite at 8am on a Saturday. I didn't really think that would happened but I was assured it would be so I rearranged my morning for the time. Service member showed up at 9am and I was told by the service member they don't start until 9am. There is definitely a breakdown between their sales and service department. Mateo took excellent care of the Ten year old Trane AC indoor unit with a blocked condensate pipe and the price was reasonable according to Chat GPT. The insulation covering is now torn a bit, but Mateo said that won’t interfere with functionality. He flushed the line both with a blower and took it outside and used the hose to wash the residual sludge. I gave him 10% tip for his care and attention to detail.
Mateo was outstanding! Throughout the entire process, he was compassionate, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We truly appreciated his honesty and dedication in ensuring our system is properly maintained. We highly recommend Mateo to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional HVAC service!
Great people and great service. I had another company installed my unit and had warranty under that company they graciously adopted the warranty, got it transferred and help me out!
