Really bad rental company. And terrible tenant customer service from Maria Cordova/ Mimi Solis. I can’t get any email responses when asking for my unit keys. It’s October 18th and they charged me for October rent but I can’t get keys to the unit? Why would I pay a full month rent when they won’t even let me enter the unit. Horrible scamming company and terrible scammer agents
So far my experience with Atlas has been going great. Tiffany is amazing, she is very attentive and responsive. She gets back to me her efficacy is phenomenal. I never had someone answer or respond in a timely manner. Thank!!!
We have used Atlas for the first time this year and Tiffany Montoya has been a great help with a smooth move in process to handling any issues we’ve come across. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a home.
I'm the property owner in Arizona which is being a managed by Atlas real estate company out of Colorado. Maria Cordova has been my property manager for approximately 2 years and has really done an Exquisite job. I've had some major problems down there when a FedEx truck tore the power cables of my property. Maria was patient and a professional in dealing with my property management company in the insurance company for FedEx. She also returned any calls I had in a very time efficient manner.
