This company is super unethical and corrupt. They purchased our rented property halfway through our lease and did their to best to get every penny they could from us. Our move out experience was HORRIBLE. Mimi Solis was intentionally manipulative and tried to intimidate us into paying ridiculous fees at move out. We contacted the property 3 months before the end of our lease to discuss repainting the walls. Our texts, emails, and calls were repeatedly ignored. They will screw you over yes. Company is only concerned with its bottom line. They will cut every corner and try and stick you with the bill. I would avoid if you can.
