I've called many Qualified Intermediary companies to learn the fine points of a very complicated uncommon 1031 pathway. Peter Tomlin of Atlas was the ONLY intermediary who was extremely prompt, and made a point to address this option's risks & challenges. All others glazed over critical points with vague incorrect information. As a seasoned 1031 Exchanger, Atlas's fees are also quite reasonable. Because of all of the above, I will definitely keep Peter Tomlin on my list to use for my next 1031 exchange.
