We just stayed in the Volcano suite. 4 kids and two adults for 3 nights. It was absolutely fabulous! We had the most amazing time! The water park was awesome! Very warm water, and the little kiddies thought the play area was so fun! Our room was HUGE! And so was the whirlpool that was in it too! It was like a full size hot tub!! The beds were so comfortable, and we all loved the round sofa bed! The place was good, but no restaurant on-site, one pool was closed so the other was crowded. One person on the desk was rude restaurant of them good though.
We had a great stay at this hotel! The customer service was incredibly nice and helpful, and they made the entire process very smooth for us. They kindly accommodated both an early check-in and a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The room was very clean, and the whirlpool inside the room was amazing and so relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
