Stains found on bed, jacuzzi jets didn’t work, 2/3 pools closed whole stay, toilet constantly running, and charged an extra 300 so far that they have no idea the purpose of.
This place sucks. Blood stains on the sheets, all sorts of stains on the bedding. Also the jacuzzi in our hotel room was broken and the toilet constantly. 2 out of the 3 pools weren’t working during our stay for the weekend. We complained to get money back just for them to charge us an extra $300!! 0/10 experience. Pathetic place to stay at
We enjoyed our time it's just very outdated in the pool areas. Service was fantastic these are hard-working men and women keeping the place clean as they can. Location is perfect if you want to just be able to walk close by for food and attractions.
