The staff is super friendly (if you can communicate with them. Most of the staff we ran into did not speak English). The location is great. However the hotel needs a LOT of TLC. The Waterpark area had a slide that was broken, there was even caution tape placed on it, however it was still on and kids were still using it. There were cracked tiles everywhere, the hot tub filter did not seem to work anymore and there was clearly a need for a coating in the hot tub. Jumping right in, there's signage on the outside doors that says unlocked from 8am to 9pm, but this isn't the case, you need your room key at all hours. There is no breakfast served, even though several websites had breakfast listed as an amenity. The pools inside were cold and we saw them shocking the pool with pure bleach, so we decided not to even try the pools. The sheets on one of the beds were dirty so we had to get replacements. It’s an old hotel, but it was decent for the price especially if you have kids. They do not serve breakfast. You cannot cook in the rooms or outside on the patio/balcony. The blankets are very thin so if you’re always cold bring your own blankets. Pool is only open Wed-Sun 9am to 9pm. I feel like they should have adult time after 9pm for like an hour or 2 to be away from the kids splashing all day. They do have 2 indoor pools with one hot tub and one outdoor pool with one hot tub. Sept 2025 this is in update the place still great and once again had a great time here and lucked out cuz i got the whole pool again great hotel great staff making this my ever year trip / getaway..... ..... 👌 👍 trip ever off season was the best had the pool to my self
