The rooms were cute, the bed was a little bit too firm for my liking but definitely better than sleeping on the floor. Michell at the front desk was very kind & helpful during check in. Overall, I would stay here again and hopefully have time to utilize the pool.
Very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in around 6ishpm 4/10/25. Didn’t see until I was already in the hot rub the used soap left behind the statue. Had a crack in one spot. Top jets didn’t work. When as it filled hair came out of the drain that looked like someone shaved in it. Tv in the connected bedroom didn’t work. Cute room. Very nice customer service. Just some improvements that could be done.
I chose a room with a hot tub in it and there were dead bugs in it. There are dusty cobwebs in several of the corners. The “water park” is a total disappointment but that was expected. Excellent location though!
Arrived on Sunday-Tuesday. Room smelled weird. Found two what appears to bed bugs on the drawers. Pool is closed Monday and Tuesday(No wonder no one was here)Water had too much chlorine that it stained horribly my husband clothes. we hardly can keep our eyes open.
