I took my chevy trailblazer in for a routine oil change on 9/2/16. The jeep is 13 years old with over 200,000 miles. It ran well without any issues. It just passed NYS inspection in June and had a brand new battery placed one week prior. I was planning on traveling Upstate and decided to get my oil checked and changed. The guy changing my oil turned the ignition over with out any oil in it while checking the mileage. The guy admitted it in front of the owner C.B the owner said it was impossible that it could never happen. Dont take your car in that place the management couldn't have cared less. The guy changing the oil was on his phone the whole time . The girl at the counter was buying weed cookies from her coworker
The night time service is far better than the daytime. Before the night managers were available in the daytime but now since they have switched shifts the daytime management does not care about the customer. My spouse had an oil change and a transmission fluid change done, when they washed her car they didn't vacuum it, the daytime manager said its a free wash! What does that mean? They don't care about the customer! He should be removed...
