Have been seeing Dr mandese she has been nothing but a big help. Her regard for the patient it felt inside and out. I also have a family member that sees her and says the same thing. Her staff is nothing but helpful no matter what I need, so if you are looking for a friendly staff and a outstanding doctor, I suggest you visit the Atlantis vision center
Very disappointing experience. We waited weeks for this appointment, and when we arrived, we were told they did not accept our insurance. What made this especially frustrating is that a UnitedHealthcare representative had called the office beforehand, specifically explained the type of insurance we had, and was told it was accepted. Instead of trying to help resolve the misunderstanding, one of the office staff members was condescending and unhelpful. Always a good experience and very thorough! Dr. Mandese is very easy to talk with, she listens and explains any issues and concerns in a very kind manner!
We love the Dr. Mandese and staff at AVC! They use the latest technology and take the time provide care and address our every concern. We've tried other places in the area and are so glad we found AVC. We are patients for life! Thank you for being so awesome!
