This is response to CB Bowman review. This is how I remember the service call. We had an 8:00 to 10:00 time for a service call. I arrived at 8:15 I rang the bell 3 times and waited 5 min. I had a number ( She is a new customer have not been here before) I got an answering machine for her business and it said leave a message but e-mail is better. So I left a message that we were there at 8:15 and I would call her tonight to reschedule and left. About a 1/4 mile down the road my phone rings and it is her most likely she listen... read more

ABUSIVELY RUDE BEYOND BELIEF! I made an appointment; he showed up and rang the doorbell. I did not hear it because I was sleeping at 8:15 in the morning. He called, buy the time I reached the phone he had hung up, I called him back immediately, (I could see his truck), I said I’m sorry, I did not hear the bell I was sleeping (having gone to sleep only 4 hours earlier). He screamed at me that we had an appointment and he was now on his way to his next appointment, and then hung up on me! Mind you I could still see his truck!
