I have bought a couple of houses here & there & by far this was the worst experience I’ve had as a buyer. Right of the bat, I experienced racism from Cheryl. I understand that the laws have changed, but as a professional there are ways to say things. That should have been a red flag but we loved the house & decided to disregard her comments. 2 hours ago NEW!! Just done transaction with her and no help from her whatsoever, she made the process very difficult right up to the closing she didn't even provide the keys would normally its the norm to get the keys after all funded and signed and the buyer still didn't get the key, I would said this is the worst experience I have ever had working in this industry. Unexpectable she was not helpful, very bad experience.
